On June 28, 2019, the house of culture of Karatyubinsk district hosted a charity concert "From heart to heart" in the framework of a joint socio-cultural project

June 4 to the Day of State Symbols for students of junior classes of the summer camp at the school-gymnasium №34 them. A.Taimanov Regional Special Library held for the patriotic hour "State symbols - symbols of independence".  The event began with the performance of the Anthem of the Republic of Kazakhstan. During the event, those present were acquainted with the book exhibition “Symbols of Independence!”, Which featured books in relief-dot font “State symbols”, “Менің Отаным – Тәуелсіз Қазақстан”, as well as in relief-graphic variant Anthem, Coat of Arms, RK flag and materials from periodicals.

The children also read poems about Kazakhstan, about the Homeland, about their native land and took an active part in the question and answer quiz.

On May 29, 2019, the West Kazakhstan Regional Special Library for blind and visually impaired citizens, with the support of the culture department of the West Kazakhstan region, together with the branch of the public association “Kazakh Society of the Blind”, organized the next event and presented the festive program “Жаз , Балдәурен, Book Friends ”on the stage of the Aksai House of Culture.

On April 26, Terekty district House of friendship West Kazakhstan regional special library for blind and visually impaired citizens with the support of the Department of culture of West Kazakhstan region together with the branch of the public Association "Kazakh society of the blind" held a joint project "the Way of good".

On April 27, specialists of the regional special library took part in Nauryz-meiramy, held in the regional specialized school #8 for gifted children.

On April 19 of this year, the West Kazakhstan Regional Special Library for blind and visually impaired citizens, with the support of the Department of Culture of the West Kazakhstan Region, together with the branch of the public association "Kazakh Society of the Blind", visited the Tаskalinsky Center for Special Social Services Coordination in the framework of the social and cultural project WKO employment and social programs with the program “From Heart to Heart”.

April 16, 2019 in the regional special library held an evening meeting on "Religious illiteracy – the beginning of religious extremism."  The event was attended by a specialist theologian of the West Kazakhstan regional Department of religious Affairs N. Ubaev.
